Welcome to Gentleflow Cycle ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Shree Gauri Pharma. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gentleflow Cycle application and website at gentleflow.in (the "Service"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• If you use the Service on behalf of another person, you confirm you have their consent to do so.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Use of the App

Gentleflow Cycle provides menstrual cycle tracking, lifestyle logging, AI-powered wellness guidance, community features, rewards, and related content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service or abuse AI features, rewards, or rate limits.
• Post abusive, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content in community spaces.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

As a user of the Service, you are responsible for:

• Account Security: Keeping your login credentials confidential and notifying us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

• Appropriate Use: Using AI features and community spaces respectfully and in accordance with these Terms.
• Your Health Decisions: Any decisions you make based on information from the Service are your own responsibility. When in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
• Device & Connectivity: Maintaining the devices and internet connection needed to access the Service.

5. Purchases, Rewards & Coupons

• Product prices, reward points, badges, and coupons are subject to change and carry no cash value.
• We reserve the right to correct points balances affected by errors or abuse and to modify or discontinue the rewards programme at any time.
• All purchases are subject to payment verification. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, software, and materials in the Service are owned by or licensed to Shree Gauri Pharma and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the personal data and content you submit, and grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Shree Gauri Pharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including decisions made based on predictions, AI responses, or wellness content.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Patna, Bihar, India.
